Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us first at support@flyntri.store with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Do not send any items back before receiving return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label and return address.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund, depending on the case.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before making a return request.


Exchanges

To exchange a product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order separately once the return is approved.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
