📍 Where is Flyntri Store located? Where do you ship from?
Flyntri store operates from multiple warehouses across Australia to ensure quick, reliable delivery.
Warehouse locations:
- Pinkenba, QLD
- Kingsgrove, NSW
- Gladstone Park, VIC
We ship from the warehouse closest to your address whenever possible.
⏱️ When will my order arrive?
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 6:30 PM AEST are typically shipped out the same day.
With Free Standard Shipping, expect your order within 5–7 business days, via Australia Post or Aramex.
If your order hasn’t arrived within that time, check your tracking number and mailbox, or contact us directly — we’re happy to help!
🚚 What days do you ship?
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 6:30 PM AEST are usually shipped the same day.
📦 How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
When your item is packed and ready to go, we’ll send a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.
Didn’t receive the email? Contact us at support@flyntri.store and we’ll sort it out.
✏️ What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately.
We’ll do our best to update your details before dispatch, but once the package has shipped, changes may not be possible.

🔄 What is your return & refund policy?
We want you to love your Flyntri store purchase. If you're not completely satisfied:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
- Email us at support@flyntri.store to request a return
Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and issue a refund or exchange as per your preference.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Yes — sustainability is at the heart of everything we do.
We carefully select products that prioritize eco-conscious materials, minimal packaging, and ethical sourcing.
We’re also working toward reducing our environmental impact across our operations and logistics.
🌍 Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we primarily ship within Australia.
However, we’re actively exploring international shipping options to expand Flyntri’s reach.
